We have a training center including best experts and trainers using the-state-of-the-art training methods used in the area of security, guarding, facilities and information (documents) security andfirefighting in coordination with the Defense Company for Security Solutions. Shark Company enjoys all the approvals and government licenses necessary to establish a training center. This is explicitly avowed in the Company's Commercial Register. Shark's staffs are trained by professional and certified trainers for (16) training hours on each of the following subjects:
First Aids
Shark's security staffs are trained on dealing with the crises and emergency cases by implementing the SOPs according the current situation to contact the competent authority. They also receive training on the evacuation plan in emergency cases.

Shark's security and administrative staffs are trained on how to deal with all types of fires. They are granted qualification certificates following passing the written and practical tests testifying that they enjoy the capabilities to carry out firefighting tasks. They are also motivated by granting the distinguished graduates special awards.
Training on Using the Fire Extinguisher
All of us know that the fire extinguishers are available in all our companies, properties, vehicles and houses; yet we may not how to use them. As a requirement to guard and protect all types of locations is to be qualified on how to deal with fire incidents. So, Shark'sguards are trained on how to use and inspectfire extinguishers as well as identifying their locations to be accessible if a fire breaks out. They receive theoretical lessons and practical training sessions on such a process.
Communication Skills and Dealing with the Public
Shark Company is so keen to hire security staff with genteel manners and behavior and capable to listen to and deal with the public. Accordingly, a specialized training team provides training session to our security staff on how to deal with the visitors and the administrative staff working in the locations they are tasked to guard in a courteous manner. Also, they are trained on the communication skills either by listening or addressing others, besides carrying out their tasks professionally and gain the respect of others accordingly.
